The Sales & Service Engineer will be responsible for promoting, selling, and providing technical support for our engineering products and solutions. This role combines customer relationship management with hands-on service and technical expertise to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads within the assigned territory.

• Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and support to customers.

• Conduct installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment/products.

• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and sales reports.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.

• Collect market information and competitor activity to support sales strategies.

• Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (or related field).

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales and/or technical service roles, preferably in [industry type – e.g., rotating equipment, pumps, seals, oil & gas].

• Strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Willing to travel domestically and internationally as required.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license is an advantage.
